The PIC16F1827-I/SO is a 8-bit 18-pin Flash Microcontroller with nanoWatt XLP technology. This family of device contains an enhanced mid-range 8-bit CPU core. The CPU has 49 instructions. Interrupt capability includes automatic context saving. The hardware stack is 16 levels deep and has overflow and underflow reset capability. The microcontroller with direct, indirect and relative addressing modes. Two file select registers (FSRs) provides the ability to read program and data memory. The enhanced mid-range core has a 15-bit program counter capable of addressing a 32k x 14 program memory space. Accessing a location above these boundaries will cause a wrap-around within the implemented memory space. The Reset vector is at 0000h and the interrupt vector is at 0004h.
